If you have never been to the Kips Bay Show House and will be in New York City before June 14th, please plan to visit this year.  The Kips Bay show House is a showcase of cutting edge interiors and benefits the Kips Boys and Girls Club and this year’s Kips Bay Decorator Show House is not to be missed! The Show House is a breath of fresh air, located this year in two adjoining duplexes on the 21st-22nd floors of a modern building overlooking the Hudson River with expansive views west.

Gilbert, Arizona Residence- just completed!

I had a wonderful time working with my client on this project.  On a very modest budget, we transformed a previous “model” home living room into a stylish living room specifically for this home owner in Gilbert, Arizona.

I was graciously referred to this client by Renee Slagter of Prudential Arizona Properties. I began by meeting with the client to review the rooms she wanted to furnish and advised her how to pull it all together. I created a spreadsheet of her budget and created conceptual digital collages and floor plans for the client to review and approve prior to purchases.  I also created a binder for the client with cutsheets of each item so they could be referenced as needed.  Even though on a modest budget, we transformed this room with reasonably priced furniture and accessories.
